CVIM Flagship Events
Battle of the Minds
October 21, 2020
In 2007, the State College Rotary Club combined with CVIM on the Thanks for Giving fundraiser to benefit CVIM. This led to the “Battle of the Minds“, our signature annual event. The 12th Annual Battle of the Minds was held at the Penn Stater on October 16, 2019. During a delectable dinner, over 40 table teams were challenged by trivia questions, such as “What is TV’s most frequent Final Jeopardy category question?” and “How many prescriptions did CVIM write over the past year?”
This year, we invite you to join us for the 13th annual Battle of the Minds, a professionally produced trivia contest from the comfort of your own home. The link to this virtual event opens at 6:00 PM and the program begins at 6:30 PM. Again this year, we are holding an separate online auction in conjunction with the Battle of the Minds.
Individual ticket pricing of $50 includes one link to join the game.
Visit the BOTM event page to register and to see sponsorship opportunities. For more information, contact Monica Wright at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Central Cycling Classic Virtual Challenge
You did it!!
Thank you for helping the Central Cycling Classic reach their goal of $30,000.00.
Thank you to our cyclists for registering to ride during the month of July.
Thank you to our fundraisers that challenged themselves to ride every day or to ride a certain mileage to help raise additional funds for Centre Volunteers in Medicine.
Thank you to the donors for donating to our fundraisers and helping them to meet their personal goals.
Finally, thank you to our committee members for believing in the idea of a virtual event and helping to see it through. Without your hard work, determination, and dedication to make the best out of the situation, we would not have come close to meeting our goal.
We hope to see everyone in 2021!
