Operation of CVIM During the COVID-19 Outbreak
CVIM is working diligently to remain updated and follow recommendations of the CDC and Government officials on the Corona Virus (COVID-19) Outbreak. To find out more about what CVIM is doing to better serve our patients and keep our staff safe during these troubled times, see the message from CVIM’s Executive Director, Cheryl White.
We are currently answering phones and scheduling patient appointments during the following hours:
- Medical visits will continue through telehealth and in person. Please call the clinic if you are in need of an appointment. Phone and video visits are being conducted. For video visits, you will receive a text message or email with a link to your appointment just prior to the scheduled time.
- Dental visits will occur in accordance with State Guidelines. If you have a dental emergency or are experiencing pain, please call our office. Patients waiting for an appointment will be contacted as we are able to schedule appointments within the allowed guidelines.
- Case management and Behavioral Health visits will continue via telehealth. Phone and video visits are being conducted. For video visits, you will receive a text message or email with a link to your appointment just prior to the scheduled time.
- Requests for medication refills may be made by calling the medication refill phone line (814)272-0491. Medication pickup is available at:
