Am I Eligible for CVIM Services?
To be eligible for CVIM services, you must meet the following criteria:
Household Income: Your household income should be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
Residence or Employment: You should either live or work in Centre County.
Insurance Status: You should not have insurance coverage for the specific services you are applying for.
Important Note: Full-time students at Penn State University or Lock Haven University are not eligible for CVIM services.
